Luran offers multiple subscription plans (Lite, Professional, Growth, Enterprise). Pricing and features for each plan are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as provided by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial for certain plans. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Service to provide customer support to your end users.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or exploit our software
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Scrape or collect data without authorization

You retain all rights to the data you upload to our platform, including knowledge base content and customer conversations. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.

10.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Pose a security threat to our service or other users

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Any accrued payment obligations will remain due

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
